Dennis,
I've found that Kodak's are filled with quality issues. The fact that this camera has lasted this long for you is a good thing. With an error code popping up like that, you will need to contact Kodak product support. The age of your camera will bring it out of warranty, so paying for a repair could cost just as much as a new camera. Good luck to you.
