what do i do with my LS443 with the error # E45

The camera was left unused for a long time (5+ years)

Lithium Batteries loss capacity over time and due to being idle for 5 years, it's a good bet that the problem is that the battery just doesn't have enough juice to run the camera. E45 usually means a lens error brought on by an underpowered battery. Replacing the battery will likely fix th issue.
