Kodak EasyShare P880 makes blurred pictures

When I take a picture of my son the picture comes out blurred because he is constantly moving. Can that be prevented or fixed with Kodak easyshare software. I downloaded and installed the firmware and bought the Kodak P20 Interactive Zoom Flash.

This is not a software issue. You need to set the shutter speed yourself to capture his high motion, or you need to get him into better lighting. I know this is a pain but digital cameras are not perfect and they will not make a bad lighting situation good just because it is "digital". what is happening most likely is that your auto settings are adjusting for the low light which opens the "iris" more letting more light in and having the image exposed to the sensor longer creating a blurring motion, just like a 35mm film camera.

Basically fiddle with your settings and chack out some of the tips in the manual and you will be taking the best picture you can with your type of camera in no time. Promise.
