Kodak Z650 is a great camera for beginners and it's price is really attractive. To be able to use lens attachments you will need the 45.5 to 55 mm adapter first. It is available online and in camera stores, costs around $30. After purchasing the adapter you will be able to buy filters and other lens attachments that have size 55mm. There are several third party lens attachments available that convert your lens into wide-angle. As well as UV, polarizing and other filters. Please feel free to find it all at http://www.digitalcamera-hq.com/digital-cameras/kodak-easyshare-z650_reviews.html.
However, if you are planning to take a lot of good quality wide-angle pictures then you should consider buying Kodak P880 instead. Lens attachments always reduce the quality of the picture and the high-end wide angle attachment would cost almost as much as the camera itself...
