is there a sound recording for video.

I can never figure this out. It doesn`t say any thing about voice/sound on the camera. Does the camera record sound in the video or not.

Well, it's funny, but I don't find anything about it either. Just that it records video in MPEG4. Sometimes audio is intentionally left out since zooming the camera will cause the microphone to pick up the noise. Either that or they'll dump zooming in favor of audio. But I cna't beleive that Kodak would feature HD video with no audio - even if it' would be fairly crappy mono audio at that. I'd try resetting the camera back to factory default settings.

Yes it does... i own the camera and when you change the setting in the upper left-hand corner to the video icon it clearly states "used to capture motin and sound"
