working is best but charging device is not fool proof

the charging device stopped working after five days. replacement and service is too poor. M/s Rashi Peripherrals, Lucknow, India, refused to repair it, i have no support to know about any alternate device for charging the Battary of camera and it is put useless. It is unsafe to charge camera because you have to put outside anywhere the whole system while battary charging. A separate charging device is necessary for this system while charging the camera should be put safe in locks. This time i am using DX 7590, 7440, C663, i was happy, but after purchasing V 610, at the time of my need, no prompt support is availabe from Kodak
