Does the V610 have good value for money?

My mom has this camera and LOVES it. The cons are that it sometimes takes darker photos. Most Kodak cameras have this problem. However, the Perfect Touch that comes on the camera works great to correct this problem. I really can't think of any other complaints I have with this camera. A little advice though, if you buy a Kodak, you should also buy some sort of service plan. Mom hasn't had any trouble with hers, but Kodaks are known for having hardware problems and do need maintnance. Even after all this, I would say the camera is definitly worth it. There just aren't many cameras so small with that much zoom. It takes WONDERFULL videos. After videotaping my twin neices on this camera, we used the included A/V cable to hook it up to the TV and were shocked at the video quality.
