Does anyone have a problem with their image stabilization?

Up to this point, almost a year, my Z612 Kodak hasn't had a hiccup. Now it seems that there is some sort of problem with the image stabilization. It makes a strange sound as if it is trying to always change it focus, and the image shifts a bit (in video mode) Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Ummm... anyone? hehe.

There have been a lot of defective cameras lately, as manufacturers are trying to spit them out fast enough to meet consumer demand.

Hopefully youre Kodak was purchased under 1 year ago like you said and you can get your camera repaired. Call Kodak immediately to get your product flagged before you warranty runs out. They'll be able to diagnose your problem. You're not alone with lens/IS issues.

I wonder if you guys have a solution for me. When i take pictures in a bright area, for example: outside or in the house when lights are turn on the picture shows up on the screen with multiple horizontal lines in it, then when i go in to review the lines show up, if I forward to the next picture and then come back to the first one the lines are gone but the quality of the picture is not good at all. But any pictures taken where there is no light or not really bright light the picture if perfect. Any solutions to this problem? I thank you guys in advance.
