my menu button has stopped working

recently the menu button has stopped working. I have taken out the battery and sdcard and replaced. re charged the battery. blown on it. looked at it sternly. still no go.

See if there's a firmware update at kodak.com. Download and install it. If that doesn't work,, then you probably need to send it in for repair.

I love my kodak easyshare Z612 camera but noticed a few months ago that the menu button stopped working...after reading everyone else's comments, it seems to be a common problem. I don't want to have to pay the money to get it fixed as that will probably cost more than a new camera. Everything else seems to work fine.
