Would have expected better
(Sam - 1/26/07)I have owned Two 35mm Konica SLRs since the late 60s and Have used Minolta cameras in that same time period. So when I was looking for a Digital camera and found the A200 I liked what I saw. The features where what I wanted and I bought it. Took it to Europe with me in May of 2005 and took lots of Pictures. I found that the shutter lag was very bad and that it really had a problem with taking multiple shots with any speed. My 35's would beat it hands down. The steady shot is not really much help with telephoto shots, you still need to be very steady yourself. The exposure control also has problems and I find I have to add flash with MS Image software. It's a good good "vacation" camera but not a Photographer's camera.
