It took great pictures until it went to Jamaica...

I've had my camera for 1.5 years and have loved it . I recently went to Jamaica, and it stopped working the 2nd day there, and hasn't worked since. A alternating red and yellow light comes on, on the side of the camera, but it won't power on. Wow what a bummer.
I truly loved my camera. It was a gift, and I won't be able to afford another one.
Maybe it was just too hot in Jamaica. 95 plus every day.
I would highly recommend the camera to anyone, especially anyone who is not too sure of themself when it comes to electronics, as I was. This camera led me to computers and the rest is history.
Oh, and by the way it printed great 8 X 10 pictures too. My house is covered with pictures, which I was able to print up, and change whenever I felt like it.
