Repair Konica Minolta Dimage xg

I have a Konica Minolta DiMAGE xg. It no longer reproduces accurately. It gives a very reddish skin color. I want to find a way to correct this. The disk that comes with the unit is supposed to allow for this kind of adjustment but in my case I can not bring up the program that allows this to take place.

Does anyone know a repair or service shop that can make this kind of adjustment. It is my assumption that a adjustment will suffice. It is possible parts may need to be replaced.

According to Minoltas website, SONY has taken over tech support issues for Koniica/Minolta cameras since the company has gone out of the camera business. You may wish to try their website for the necessary software.

But remember the rule of thumb on repairs, if it costs north of 50% the camera price to fix, you're better off buying a new model.
