Big But Beautiful

My Z1 has proven to be a perfect digital SLR. After years of using film SLR cameras the Z1 is a giant leap forward in technology in that same direction. I bought the camera specifically for the powerfull optical zoom capability, which produces great long distance quality shots. Unlike the pocket sized cameras on today's market,the Z1 can handle long distance shots and a wide range of manual control for those tricky scenic, nature and action shots. The Z1 may not be the camera to buy for a first time home user who wants a "digital camera"; rather it seems to have been designed for the serious 35mm film SLR user. It can do all the things the pocket sized cameras can do, but the optical zoom puts this camera in a different league. The Z1 feels big and bulky compared to a small pocket camera, but if your into long distance shooting this one has the ability to produce excellent shots.
