Cannot beat the value and quality

I bought this camera after more than a month of research, testing, and general confusion. It wasn't until a photo shop person told me that I really didn't need anything more than a 3MP camera for normal 4X6 pictures. The Z1 has its faults : The flimsy feeling case, the background noise when recording video with sound ( which you can turn off and turn on zoom in video mode ), and I am still a little uncertain about the whole viewing mechanism. However, I just had my first few dozen pictures printed and I am so impressed. (even the photo lady was impressed ) I even had a 8X10 printed and there is little distinction that this came from a 3MP digital camera. I am extremely happy with this camera, the quality of the pictures, the video feature, the battery life, the programming features, and for a zoom the size of camera. 6 months to the day and I don't doubt I made the right decision
