Nikon Bids Farewell to Film

In a remarkable move, Nikon has announced that they will be focusing on digital photography almost exclusively.

In the press release, Nikon says that they will discontinue production of all lenses for large format cameras, as well as enlarging lenses, film camera bodies, manual focus lenses, and other accessories. The F6 film model will still be available and the FM10 will continue to be sold outside of Europe.
