Are you asking how to do this? Did you shoot them on an SD flash card? If so, then it's simple. Invest $10 in a USB memory card reader. Plug your SD card into it and your pc will read it as a drive. Then it's a simple drag and drop onto your mac and you can use any program you want to manage your photos. Then delete the photos USING THE PC and you're back to shooting pictures.

IF it's on the internal memory, then you'll need to install the computer drivers that came on the software disc (you can also download them from Nikon's Website). Connect to PC and You can easily get the pics off your SD card with Picasa. It's a much better photo management tool. And it's free!
