irritating battery life

( - 5/11/05)

tried everything, also changed the firmware, support from NIKON is terrible. after 5 to 10 shots the camera dies, "battery exhausted" with freshly charged 2200 NiMH batteries. Camera and picture quality itself is great but I will never ever buy from the NIKON firm again after this experience with handling customers.
