a crapy camera
( - 1/17/06)I used this camera for about 2 years now, and I rue the day when I bought it. After about eight months of usage, its optical lens stopped to move out. It sort of got stuck. It was still under warranty so I took it to the Nikon repair center in los angeles. And they fixed it. It worked for about six more months, and then the lens motor again started to mis-behave.i.e. Just after the warranty expired. The picture quality is acceptable, provided you can put up with the almost 5 seconds delay it takes to come to power up position. The only good thing with this camera is the re-chargable battery.
I am ready to throw away my cam. If anyone is interested to relieve me of this eye-sore, kindly email me.
