I can take pictures and all, but all the sudden, I cannot load them onto my computer!

I tried both a memory card reader, Scan disk, as well as the USB cord to upload the pictures to my computer, but it keeps asking me to format it. Should I format it? I do not want to loose all my pictures!!! Please help!!! I can't utilize my camera if I cannot even retrieve pictures I take from it!!!

The files in the memory card is corrupted. However, you can still recover the files if you do not format it.

Log on to this site to download a copy of zero assumption digital photo recovery.

Use your card reader as usual and run the software. It will help you to recover most, if not all, the pictures in your card.

When all files have been transferred to the computer, reformat your memory card Using Your Camera.
