Nikon got fooled and so will you

This camera came to me new and lasted for 5000 pictures or 6 months . The ccd melted and the camera only took pictures of black shades of dark. I sent it in for repair and Nikon gave me a new camera. The problem is a ccd in epoxy was not fixed — it should be in ceramic. Instead I have a new camera waiting to outlast my warantee's expiry date to melt again . Any kind of humid warm weather will melt the epoxy ccd.

To add insult to injury Nikon sent me back the camera by United Parcel Service. UPS found that this item was repaired under warranty so they charged me their standard $110.00 brokerage fee for nothing —- ie no customs duties cause it was a repair. Nice Nikon zaps me with a defective camera and UPS rips me off on top just for fun — this sucks
