Takes great pictures under ideal conditions
( - 6/24/05)The 5700 is my first try at digital after years of medium format and 35mm photography. Photo results are great providing everything is set up correctly After purchasing a book and and a "cheat Sheet" I finally am starting to understand this camera. I wish I had purchased a digital SLR to have the flexability of additional lens. Don't attempt any photos of rapidly moving objects since the 5700 is slow to react to instantaneous shots.
