Easy to use, but some flaws
( - 12/29/05)Bought this camera before reading these reviews. I am amazed about all the possibilities the camera offers and about the ease of use. There are also downsides, the main one being the autofocus issue. In fact, I found that the problem is not caused by the autofocus itself, but by the fact that it sometimes takes too much time before the photo is being made, especially when you choose the party/indoor settings. It is difficult not to move the camera that long, especially when the camera also chooses a long shutter speed. In those cases choosing the standard setting helps, though the warmth of artificial light is lost (which can also be countered - see the manual). All in all it is an easy to use camera, but you really have to read the manual and make an effort to understand how it 'thinks'.
