I have had this camera for a year and now it says memory card is write protected? I've tried 3 other types of cards with the same problem. please help

I have changed the batteries, changed the card 3 times to nikon approved cards. The camera will take photos and save them but not on the card. I can veiw photos on the card but not edit them. I have reset the camera. I called the tech line they have no idea and of course it is 1 year and 1 month old so no warranty.

Tara,

Your cards may be locked. There should be a small toggle along the edge that you can switch back and forth. Switch it to the other position and see if that works for you. Other than that, it is a technical issue with the camera.
