OK for general pics but absolutely pitiful for closeup work
(pk - 8/23/06)This camera has zero resolution. If you are taking pictures of buildings, people, landscapes - things from a distance - maybe. Closeup shots of small items, forget it! No focus WHATsovever. The thing I find the oddest is that I can get a spectacular picture of a piece of jewelry or gem, but only in a thumbnail - once it is enlarged or resampled to a size that you can use, it's blur city. Looks great in the viewscreen, but that's it. I'm ready to give it away. My little Kodak 5MP camera takes 500 fold better shots!
