Like it so far

I just bought the camera (22 Nov 05). It is very easy to use! I did some comparison shots with my 4.0 MB Samsung and the Nikon L1 came out as the clear winner in a superb quality and clarity of pictures. The best thing I noticed were the nice pictures it can take in low-light conditions. The only complaint is that it use up alot of battery. The batteries coming with the camera died only after 8 pictures. After using lithium batteries for 40 pictures - there is indication of any battery power loss so far. Will definitely keep extra batteries handy.
