This camera sorta sucks.
(Bonnie - 2/29/08)My husband and I bought this camera as an update to our old 35 mm. At first, it was great. But, after awhile it took longer and longer to focus. It is a battery hog. One night, during a Christmas celebration, it stopped working. The lens cover was stuck shut, and when turned on, it would click. It wouldn't do anything but click. I was sooooo irritated. I sent it back to Nikon who took FOREVER to fix it, and now UPS lost it. The loss of the camera isn't Nikon's fault, but all things considered this camera has been one big pain in the butt. Despite the bad, it does take good pictures, and I like that it records videos. That was always quite handy—when it worked and when I still had it in my hands!
