Does it have a tripod connector?

One of the things I love my Canon A80 for is its vari-angle lens that allows me to take timed photos with me in them using a gorillapod. And even if it does, is it able to balance when on a tripod? - its unconventional design makes me uncertain.

The tripod connector does exist, close to the battery/memory card compartment (like in most cameras). Usually the connector is place in, from an engineering stand point, a place where the camera will ideally balance if the tripod is angled flat (as opposed to tilted). So it should be able to both balance, and work well with a tripod. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm glad to hear it has a tripod mount, but I still wonder if I can use it as I do my old Canon A80, where I would often have the camera on the ground or other surface, but because I could tip the screen I could still compose my shots easily. I wonder if the S10 will balance doing something like that, especially with a light tripod like the gorillapod.
