Lens error strikes again
(Shera - 6/25/09)I owned my camera for about 7 months before the lens error occured. I was taking pictures at my son's last tee ball game and it was working fine until I tried to turn it off. The lens was stuck out and the screen read lens error. I sent the camera in to Nikon for repairs 2 and a half months later they informed me that my warranty was void because there was dust inside the camera. The repair was going to cost more than purchasing a new camera. I will never buy another Nikon!
