Not really pleased with camera ability.
( - 3/24/06)The camera has some good features I was looking for such as very good optical zoom (x10), good megapixels, compact size, uses AA batteries. The camera takes some good pictures in daylight. But I was rather dissappointed with some shortcomings of the camera for example the absent of an anti-vibration/ image stabilisation facility, a limited ISO range of up to ISO 400 only, and the inability of the movie mode to use the optical zoom facility (except being able to zoom first and then use the digital zoom ). I was wondering whether NIKON can upgrade the camera engine to the latest that NIKON have and that would be compatible with the Nikon S4 that can overcome some of the shortcomings being mentioned. I would be interested to hear from NIKON.
