is it a good camera and worth buying or can you suggest a better one for around the same price?

Hi Ally,
It really depends on what you want in a camera. The S4 has gotten good reviews and has a nice 10x zoom, plus 6 megapixels which should be good enough for just about anything you want to use it for. The main reason people like this camera is, I think, the swiveling LCD and body, which gives you lots of freedom when shooting. If this is important to you, then it's probably the right camera; if, on the other hand, there are other things you want out of a camera then you'll have to weigh this one against some others. From what I know this camera is speedy and has great image quality, but has a weak flash and a disappointing movie mode. If those things matter to you, you may want to look for something else in the same price range.

It's not so much that there are good and bad cameras, but there are good and bad cameras for specific users. =)
