I have a Coolpix S60. I do not have a USB cable that will fit the S60. How do I transfer photos from the S60 to my computer?

I purchased the S60 but found after taking dozens of photos that trying to connect the S60 to my laptop that the camera end of the USB included does not fit the camera. I havent found a cable that appears to be suitable. Am I missing something? Where/Who may have the cable I need? I have read that many of the Nicon compact digitals support Wi-Fi. Does the S60?

Your best bet is a USB memory card reader. Pull out your card, put it in the reader and plug that into your PC. Leave the card reader connected to the PC. The computer will read it as a drive and it's a simple drag and drop to get your images onto your PC.

I agree with James. By obtaining a card reader you will avoid many the headaches of trying to connect your camera directly to your computer.
the cost is $10-20 and worth every penny.
I would also recommend downloading Picasa3 (Free software) compliments of Google. It assists in transferring the images from card to computer and keeps all your photos organized. It also has other goodies too numerous to mention. You'll enjoy how well it works including my favorite, the ability to add a fill-flash effect when you forgot to force the flash on!
