Is there a way to replace the rubber round the D200 body, Its coming off with use

You'll probably have to get Nikon to repair it. This would involve stripping the rubber coating and reapplying it. As such, this may be rather pricey. But certainly no more than 50% of what you paid for the camera (Rule of thumb is that if you get an estimate that is north of 50% what you paid for it, you're better off taking that money and buying a newer, more updated model).
