How do I set up A Nikon SB-600 speedlight to a bracket?

I have a Nikon D200 and need to set up the Nikon SB-600 speedlight to a bracket to use in a wedding. I need information on setting up the camera and flash using only one flash which will be place on the bracket.

Usually, flashes on a bracket have a cable that connects the camera to the flash. This will replace the "hotshoe" connection that's on top of the Nikon. Some, use a hotshoe connector that connects to the hotshoe and then to your SB600. It largely depends on your flash and your bracket.
