lenses of D60 or D300 work with D3 ???

Absolutely. In fact, Nikon has a great legacy line of lenses that continue to work all the way back to the 60s. Some may require an adapter, but those will work just fine.

Actually all DX lenses (that work with D60 or D300) will work with D3 , but it will waste nearly half of the mega-pixels.
