Sure, you could try some canned air and blow it free, but if it’s inside the viewfinder itself, it may be on the mirror, not the viewfinder. Air can work there as well, but you want to avoid turning the can upside down and letting out the propellant onto the mirror. If that isn’t helping, it may be time to send it in for a good cleaning.
