Difference in resolution Nikon D 700 vs Canon 5D Mark ll on A3 paper

Will I notice any difference in resolution at this A3 size and if not on what size print will I see a difference

Probably not. But then again, there's a ton of other factors there including the quality of the paper, if the printer is calibrated, the lens itself, lighting conditions, etc. But all things being equal, for snapshot sizes, you probably won't notice much of a difference.

To clarify, I would not be doing snapshot size but a minimum of 8.5 x 12 up to odd sizes like 20 x 24 with a good lens with some low light but mostly reasonably good lighting conditions. No action shots. mostly landscape and posed subject I also use good quality and some art papers. Thanks

Both will still work fine at those sizes, although I think the 5D Mark II will have an advantage as you reach poster size. And then there's that stunning 1080P hd video it takes ...
