worried now
( - 3/24/06)I got my D70 December 2004. In February of 2006 while using it, it stopped responding. I took the battery out and tried a fresh one.Then it would not come on again. I have babied it and used it only slightly more than I would say is average. I called Nikon who advised sending it to a repair facility under warrenty. I received an estimate for $222. I am now corresponding with Nikon to get the problem repaired under warrenty. I have no confidence in the camera now and am worried that it may happen again.
