I am getting a 2nd Hand D70 with accessories ,, Need Help ASAP

,, including two lenses of Sigma, 28-80 &100-300mm with 1.5 GB cards for 40K in pakistan,is the price ok ?

It really depends on the condition of the equipment, but that's about $640 USD, so I would say that you are getting a good price, pretty much the same as you'll find on Ebay.
