What does "body Only" mean ?

It means that the camera comes without any lenses, so you have to buy them separately, which is almost always better.

Body only means you are not required to accept the manufacturer's decision on what lens is "right" for your new camera. While their choice of a "standard" lens may be good for the majority of buyers, for some it will be seldom used, if at all. The "standard" lens is also usually a mass market lens that is good but not excellent. Body only gives you the option of selecting the best lens for your specific requirements rather than accepting a good lens.

There is a lot of talk about a D90 in a few months but nothing absolute that I know of. In a few more weeks we'll probably know more facts and less rumors.

For the follow up question of D90, it is already out and available in the market.
The improvements include live view and capability of taking movie clips.
