what kind of memory card do i use with d-90 camera

Ijust ordered my D-90 camera and was wondering can you give me short list of must haves to start out with ... what memory card to use (one )must have lens --- I am getting the 18-105 lens with camera any thing else i need to get started.

I am using a SanDisk Extreme III, SD HC 8GB. Go to the Nikon Web Page and down load the manual. There are a couple of chip makers that Nikon recommends.

I recommend nothing less than a 16GB high speed if you plan on any movie shooting. I use a card not on Nikon's recommended list, and it works fine.
