Hi, the single shot option on my camera isn't taking pictures anymore. It was working fine yesterday. Any thoughts?

I also reset all the settings and it still won't take pictures. The bottom right, red light is blinking though.

Well, do you live in a humid area? If it's been humid lately, you could have condensation inside your camera which is affecting the performance.

You could also clean your battery contacts with a pencil eraser. if there's grime on the contacts, it could prevent the camera from getting enough energy to shoot properly.

With no firmware updates available, and since you've reset the camera, you may need to send it in for servicing.

I forgot to mention that all the other options work for taking pictures like Continuous shot and the Multi shot option. So it's weird that the Single option isn't working
