download to Microsoft XP

I need a download program to MS XP. I have downloaded before to this computer but the doenload program that is loaded now will not allow me to download my pictures. Any help, please...

Try using Picasa, released by Google, or using the original Olympus software,

downloaded from that site.
If neither of these work, try getting a card reader, and just putting the xD card into the card reader, which will show up on the computer as a list of picture files, being very user friendly.

I would recommend getting a card reader. They are not expensive and they solve all kinds of picture transfer problems.
