A Good "Work Horse" Camera

I'm a portrait photographer who's been with large multi-studio company for 10 years. We purchased 14 E-1 cameras 3 years ago and are still using them for our indoor studio work. We found that they are not very useful for outdoor portrait photography. There is no auto white balance setting. However, they are excellent for 100% indoor studio work. A couple problems we have had over the past 3 years is that the side ports (to connect the camera to a computer) break often. It is vital to not giggle the wires when they are connected to the camera! Also, the camera's setting often return to factory settings, especaially if you let the batteries die while still in the camera. But overall, we believe it is a good "work horse" of a camera, easy to use, lightweight enough for our female shooters to handle, and provide excellent quality.
