Has anyone had a problem with closing the A/V door and if so did you solve it?

First time I opened it to use the USB cable and it just will not close tight almost like the two little flexable straps that hold it when its open will not go back in.

There may be some dirt inside there. Try to some canned air. Gently pull out the door and close it back in.

It happened to me too. The rubber straps may have been over extended. I used a very small striaght screwdriver to poke the straps back into the camera by pushing them in from the top side of the door. It then closed normally.
