Olympus has announced their second camera in the Micro Four Thirds format, the PEN E-P2. The concept is the same as its predecessor, the E-P1—a camera that performs like a dSLR in the of a point-and-shoot—and the specs are basically the same. Olympus did add an accessory port to support an electronic viewfinder (included) or external microphone, and also improved the auto focus system, shutter and aperture control in the movie mode, and colored the body black. It's not a radical change from the E-P1, but the price has increased by $300. We'll see how this fares after it gets released. Note: The E-P2 configuration on this page comes with a 14-42mm lens. A configuration with a 17mm lens is available as well.
