I wish I could say there was such an animal, but unfortunately, there isn't. Video in point and shoot cameras is largely an afterthought or marketing feature. Sure, convenient, but they have cheap tinny omnidirectional microphones yielding very poor audio quality that picks up EVERYTHING.
My suggestion is that if audio/video is your priority, get a camcorder that takes hires still images. These days they're rating over 6MP.
