Out of Olympus 565 UZ & Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ28 which is better?

I want to buy a camera that takes good photos of nature and wildlife as well as family occasions. I want a good zoom and also a good video. Which of the two mentioned above will be better in image and video quality and value for money.

I think both cameras are on par with one another, quality-wise. Go with whichever is cheaper.

check out this resource. It takes pictures with each and you can compare them side by side.

Hi James, Thanks for the resource, but the list of cameras in the resource mentioned by you does not include Olympus 565 or 590. That is why I had asked for an expert opinion. I would be grateful, if you could give some deciding tips.
