how fast it take pictures with/out flash? When does it going to be in the market?

According to the press release, later this month. But understand that low light performance of any point and shoot without a flash is going to be dicey at best. As the ISO rises, so does the noise content. Especially with cameras above 8MP where more MP stuffed into a tiny CCD chip makes the chip less sensitive, not more.

But I'm speaking only in general terms here as now reviews are really published as of yet.

with out flash this camera takes super fast pictures basically continuiously if held down
