the best little camera on the market
( - 4/21/06)I should first start by saying that I have long been a fan of Panasonic products.
In this case, I am a big fan of this particular product. I have been taking pictures for 37 years, and I have used mostly professional film equipment.
In the last year I have purchased three digital cameras: the Canon 20D, the DMC-FX9 and the the Lumix FZ30. I love using all three of the digital cameras, but I especially love the DMC-FX9 because of its size and the high-quality results it produces.
The automatic focus works very well. The color rendition is excellent. Ease of operation and handling is marvelous. And it fits anywhere. Battery life is also good. I take this camera out with me every time I leave the house, just in case there is a picture out there worth taking.
Let me also add that this is the most bang you will get for your buck — plus a viewing screen that you cannot find on other digital cameras costing thousands of dollars more.
You want a little camera that performs like a big one? This is it.
