Outstanding picture quality
( - 6/28/06)I bought the FZ20 at Camp Fallujah in Iraq when my old camera kicked the bucket. I had it with me all the time for about four months before I left and I was not at all disappointed with the preformance or quality of the camera and the pictures I took using it. I used it from the turret of my Humvee while moving all the time and it still provided outstanding crisp pictures due to the image stablization. The great optical zoom was an invaluable feature as well. The only negative points are the zoom lenses seceptibility to dust and the the large blocky shape of the camera.
